David M. Sachs Chief Executive Officer
David is a 20-year industry entrepreneur and executive with experience in sales, marketing and development of IT related products. Prior to being named CEO, David served as XLoom's VP U.S. Sales and Product Marketing, where he successfully developed XLoom's alliances with its North American customers. Prior to Joining XLoom, David was Executive Vice President with Paspartoo, a European-based initiative for implementing print processes over the Internet and was responsible for establishing and expanding the company's business in Europe. David was also the founding CEO for Athena Software, Ltd. a leading systems integrator and co-founder of Triton Technologies, a TCP/IP networking pioneer, where he held executive sales and marketing positions successfully ramping-up sales at Fortune 1000 customers.

Avner Badihi Co-Founder, President & Vice Chairman
Avner Badihi co-founded XLoom in 2001 and is responsible for its visionary technological roadmap. Prior to XLoom, Avner was CEO and CTO of ShellCase Ltd which he founded in 1993. Avner was repsonsible for the development, promotion and positioning of Shellcase and its products as the worldwide market leader for advanced chip-scale packaging in the semiconductor arena. Prior to Shellcase, during 1981 to 1993, Avner held several key management positions with the Thin Film Capacitor Division of AVX in Israel. He played an instrumental role in the development of thin film capacitor designs currently widely used in the cellular market with aggregate product sales exceeding $100 Million. Avner received his MSc from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Avner holds numerous patents relating to integrated circuit devices.

Sylvie Rockman Senior VP Process Engineering & Development
Sylvie Rockman joined XLoom in 2001 as part of the founding team. With more than 15 years of process engineering and development experience, Sylvie leads XLoom's core techonolgy development team. Prior to XLoom, Sylvie held several process management positions at Tower Semiconductors, a major semiconductor foundry in Israel. In her capacity she was responsible for the development of semiconductor processes, engineering and yield improvement of fabrication processes. During 1990 to 1994, Sylvie served as the Chief Process Engineer for Cyclone Aviation Products. Sylvie received her MSc from the Technion , Israel Institute of Technology in Chemical and Materials engineering. She holds several patents relating to semiconductor processes.
