Avner Badihi co-founded XLoom in 2001. Prior to XLoom, Mr. Badihi was CEO and CTO of ShellCase Ltd which he in 1993.  ShellCase CSP is the market leader for advanced chip-sized package in the semiconductor field.  From 1981 to 1993, Mr. Badihi held several key management positions with the Thin Film Capacitor Division of AVX in Israel.  He played an instrumental role in the development of thin film capacitor designs currently widely used in the cellular market with aggregate product sales exceeding $100 Million.  Mr. Badihi received his MSc from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Mr. Badihi holds numerous patents relating to integrated circuit devices.

Ravi Shapira manages Mariner Opportunities investments in Israel. Before joining Mariner, Shapira was a senior partner and member of the executive board at the Deloitte & Touche Brightman Almagor, accounting firm. At Deloitte he was managing partner of the Management and Consulting Group of the firm, responsible for various area of business consulting including: IT, management consulting, industrial engineering and business process management. He was also a member of the Global Strategic Committee of the Consulting Group of Deloitte & Touche, a seven person world-wide committee.

Between the years of 1980-1983 and 1985-1991,  he served on the board of directors of Bezeq the Israeli public telephone company. Between 1980-1997, Shapira was a senior partner and co-managing partner in Friedman, Shapira , Goldstein , CPA – one of the top 10 accounting firms in Israel. He holds a B.A. in economy and accounting f rom the Tel-Aviv University and is a certified public accountant.
