     high-volume production of high-speed,
     opto-electric components
   • Proven experience in designing and implementing
     fabless production ramp up
   • Hands on managerial approach with proven
     business orientation and negotiation skills
   • Track record in operation of ERP/MRP information
     systems
   • Highly effective verbal, writing and presentation
     skills
   • Excellent inter-team work capabilities
   • Engineering or relevant graduate degree in
     operation management

Hardware Team Leader

   • Proven track record developing high-speed
     opto-electronic sub-systems or components
   • Experience designing in a high-speed
     (5Gps, 10Gbps) mixed-signal environment
   • Proven leadership skills required to manage
     a team of 4-5 engineers
   • Desirable experience in a fabless work
     environment
   • Requires BS.c. or MSc. Electrical Engineering

Test Development Engineer

   • Experience defining comprehensive test
     environments
   • Proven knowledge with high-speed opto-electric
     components or subsystems
   • Hands-on experience with electrical and optical
     test instruments
   • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
   • Inter-team work experience desirable
   • BSc. or MSc. with emphasis on high-speed optical
